Your inbox, prepared.
You decide.
FELIX reads incoming e-mails and puts reply drafts into your Outlook drafts folder – in your tone, with your signature. It cannot send.
The request tool and the case study are in German. Prefer English? Book a 15-minute call.
FELIX at a glance
From inbox to draft – every hour
Connected through the official Microsoft API. Permissions: read, create drafts. No send permission.
What FELIX takes care of
Six chores that cost time every single day.
Deliberately restrained: no prices, dates, deadlines or promises in your name. Where a draft would not help, FELIX writes none.
Customisable. Model-agnostic. Simple.
There is plenty of e-mail AI. FELIX is the one that adapts to you – not the other way round.

“Typical e-mail AI” means the assistants bundled with office suites and browser plug-ins – as of October 2026, without claiming to cover every single case.
Cloud, EU or entirely on your premises.
FELIX is not tied to any AI vendor. You choose who computes – and where.
In use today. Strong on tone, language and restraint. Data processing agreement included.
Directly or via Microsoft Azure in an EU data centre – for instance if you already use ChatGPT Enterprise.
European provider from Paris. As a cloud in the EU or as an open model on your server.
Llama, Qwen, Gemma or Mistral as open models on your own server – nothing leaves your premises. For mailboxes with particularly sensitive data.
Google Gemini via Vertex AI in the EU, Azure OpenAI, further open-source models – we check what fits your data protection.

FAQ
What people ask most before they start.
Can FELIX really not send anything itself?
Yes. The “send mail” permission is never granted in Microsoft 365, and the program has no send function. So even an error or a manipulated e-mail cannot send anything.
Which AI is behind it, and can I choose?
The default is Claude by Anthropic. On request we rebuild FELIX on ChatGPT, Mistral or a local open-source model such as Llama or Qwen on your own server – then no text leaves your premises. The safeguards stay the same: no sending, mails are data, every conversation isolated.
What makes FELIX better than the AI already built into my e-mail program?
FELIX is tailored to you: tone, signature and no-gos per person, your own rules, your choice of model and where it runs. It never sends itself, reads no attachments and runs in Germany – on your server if you wish. And it needs no installation on workstations: the drafts simply appear in Outlook.
Which e-mail systems are supported?
Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, i.e. Outlook on the web, desktop and mobile. Other systems on request.
Does FELIX work for info@ or team mailboxes?
Yes. Every mailbox gets its own service with its own settings, shared mailboxes included. You decide who reviews the drafts.
Does FELIX learn from my e-mails?
Not by itself. FELIX works with the profile we write together with you and with the history of the respective conversation. A memory for the preferences of individual contacts is planned and will only be set up according to your specifications.
What happens to my data?
For the draft the text of the conversation is sent to the AI model, attachments never. At the AI provider the terms of a data processing agreement apply; with a local model everything stays on your server. We provide the documents for your record of processing activities.
How quickly do drafts appear?
FELIX runs once an hour by default. A draft is therefore usually ready within an hour of receipt.
How does the request work?
Via the request tool on dcyphr.ai (in German): select FELIX, specify scope and mailboxes, accept terms and privacy policy and submit. On that basis we prepare your offer; NDA and data processing agreement are part of it. Or simply book a 15-minute call.
